Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to acheive sobriety. A sober man’s deisre to carry the AA message to help Native Americans to stop drinking and get sober was the vision of Gil H. With the assistance of Native and non-Native AA and Al-Anon members, the NMIAAC Red Road began its journey.

Better known today as the Red Road Convention, the Red Road AA Convention will grant its attendees the ability to share their experience, strength, and hope.
